This is the original vintage effect “Compact Phasing “A” from the
German company Gerd Schulte Audio Elektronik Berlin.
It is from approx. 1974.
These “Compact Phasing A” pedals were used by Kraftwerk,
Klaus Schulze & Tangerine Dream, Ritchie Blackmore and
many others. It is also called TD-Phaser,
Schulze-Phaser or even Krautrock-Phaser.
The main controls are:
Modulation/Mix
Feedback
Osc. Period/Speed
Phasing Amplitude/Depth
This rare unit is able to produce lots of wonderful unique sounds
from chorussy phaseshifting to whirly feedback-phasing.
All 4 knobs interact – it really colors your sound
in a warm analog way.
The pedal is in excellent and clean condition, works 100% and all
components are original. Pots and switches are working very well.
The item works with 110V and with 230V.
It’s a collector’s item. Sounds incredible – for guitars and/or keyboards !
The unit comes with a manual (paper copy).
