This is a Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass, black, with a maple fretboard. It's in very good condition, with no damage or scuffing to any part of the guitar apart from the pick shield, which has scuffing and scratches from playing and using the truss wrench. I bought it new in April of 2014 from Musician's Friend, and am selling it only because I'm moving overseas. I replaced the case because my kitten urinated in the original and I couldn't get rid of the smell. It comes with everything that came in the original purchase (guitar, case, truss wrench, and strap locks), plus a brand-new set of D'addario EXL165 strings, a Couch-brand leather strap, and a brand-new Fender Speed Slick guitar string cleaner (does not include the stand in the photos). It's also currently strung with GHS Bass Boomers and I'll include the packaging for reference.
