This Weber has traveled with me all around the nation and world. It has had the pleasure of playing on everything from Prairie Home Companion, to jamming on the Great Wall of China. Webers open up quite nicely over time, and this one indeed sounds great. It plays beautifully, and the frets were recently re-planed. I don't really want to sell it, but I recently found a Givens which I play exclusively now. $1800 - w/case and a Fishman M300 pick up currently installed (plus shipping). This is the best A-Style mandolin you'll get just before a jump to a Collings! There is some amount of wear-and-tear, some distressed spots. If you are looking only for aesthetics this may not be for you, but if you are looking for clear tone this is a good bet. I have more pictures I can send of the mandolin.Currently, it has on it a Fishman M300 bridge pick up, which I would include with the sale. If you would rather have the original Weber bridge installed, we can discuss that too. Standard Bitterroot A specs can be found on the Weber website. (I will update this further, but it's a 2010 I believe, made in Logan, Montana.)Here are two videos of the Weber being played, one of which is with my band The Dustbowl Revival.
