RARE 60's GRETSCH 22" AQUA SATIN FLAME ROUND BADGE KICK BASS DRUM This is a listing for a 60's Gretsch bass / kick drum. This drum measures in at 22" diameter by a little over 14" deep with 8 lugs! As you can see in the pictures this all original accept for the back head (we believe the front is original!! We replace the back head with a New Remo Weather-king.This is also available on REVERB, if you would like to see more pictures!Some of the features on this drum - the Rail Mount for the tom - The Bass Drum Pratt Muffler - Round badge - Diamond Cymbal Mount.Bearing edges look excellent and feel smooth. Chrome, to me, is a solid 7 out of 10 or better. Shiny and beautiful lugs, & hooks. The rims, have the original Aqua covers and the seams on the rims and drum are tight!The diamond bracket and mute knob are bright and shiny; there's no visible rust. There are numerous minor dings and scratches, (finish checking) which is expected and seen on ALL of the satin flame colors. THERE ARE NO EXTRA HOLES OR MODIFICATIONS. Finish overall looks great. The Orange paper tag with the model and serial number is intact.The legs are not original and will need to be replaced by the new owner - they are available on line - the mounts are there but the legs are not original.Clearing out the collection so Check my other auctions for more drums!!This drum will ONLY INCREASE IN VALUE as the seasons pass.Please check the pictures for the condition.Well, I have done MY job here but no one is perfect so please if you have any questions please call me – that is YOUR job, and there is always a chance that I may have overlooked something.
