The Cutlass features an alder body, shaped to feel welcoming and comfortable, with a vintage tinged maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The custom wound 60s style pickups are sensational; crisp, clear, and funky, with great clarity and character. A 9V battery powers a wide spectrum silent circuit, eliminating the 60 cycle hum often associated with single coil pickups. The MusicMan Modern Tremolo is responsive, holds tuning brilliantly and has a cover for comfortable playing, and the 5-way pickup switch and controls give you the classic, familiar set of tones. The aesthetics are cool-quality throughout; the 3-Layer Vintage Sunburst finish is stunning, and the maple neck and rosewood fretboard have a great feel.
