• Back in 1980 the Firebrand series of guitars were conceived as stripped down versions of Gibson's SG and Les Paul. Despite the workmanlike vibe the guitars boasted ebony fingerboards and quality pickups- in this case the famous T-Tops. The body is slimmer than a conventional LP and much lighter too. The neck is fairly slim and the frets have plenty of life in them. The finish is quite curious; apart from the Gibson logo branded into the headstock the body was basically dinged and finished with a dark speckle! I think it actually looks quite cool; you could certainly play it in a pub without worrying about the odd scratch! Comes with a fairly battered but functional case. Cash preferred, or PayPal.
