This listing for brand new, full Telefunken warranty coverage Telefunken AR-51 tube microphone system. Vintage Loop is a dealer for all Telefunken products. The entire contents include: storage foam lined case, suspension shock mount, microphone/psu cable, nine pattern select power supply (omni-cardioid-figure 8 and three points in between each), Telefunken AR-51 tube microphone, finished hardwood jeweler's microphone storage box. Nothing beats the sparkle of a great tube microphone! These are beautiful microphone systems and provide superb results for recording vocals, acoustic instruments, drum kits, overhead orchestral recording, [really] anything! Sold fully working, absolutely manufacturer sealed new, and with Telefunken Elektroakustik USA warranty. The AR-51 supports the low frequency character of the chest cavity, wood tones of the drum kit, excellent for room miking, and delivers very detailed vocal recording in mid range with smooth upper frequencies-- analogous to the Ela M251 sitting between a U47 and C12.
