2006 Albert Nebel 4/4 VIOLIN, w/Meisel BOW, Kun SHOULDER REST (The Super Rest) +
Estimated price for orientation: 750 $
Category: Violins
Class:
Description Type: Acoustic Size: 4/4 Brand: Albert Nebel (Violin) / Meisel (Bow) Skill Level: Not familiar with the terminology to answer this
At auction is a 2006 professional grade 'Albert Nebel' violin *** in excellent condition (per local research at a 'Musical Instrument' store). With it is a comparable 'Meisel' bow in equally superb condition. Also included is a 4/4 'Shoulder Rest' and a 'hard', rectangular travel case. The 2 zippers on the case are the only things in need of attention. The 'sliders' are damaged, and can likely be replaced, or zipper replaced. *** The ONLY 'Albert Nebel' violin that I have been able to locate in online research is always 'Model 601', sometimes referred to as 'Model VL601'. I can find no other model numbers, except for VIOLAS. This appears to be the same as what is pictured as models by those numbers, but I don't SEE any model number actually printed anywhere on the violin. If someone knowledgeable is interested, and could tell me where I might look to verify it, I would be most happy, and glad to do so.NOTE (change): If bidding progresses beyond the opening bid, the 'Winning Bid' will earn a discount of 25% of the additional bidding, to a maximum discount of $100, toward the possible expense to replace or repair the case. (Ex. 1: $975 Winning Bid - $750 Starting Bid = $225 Additional Bidding, X 25% = $56.25 discount) or, (Ex. 2: $1600 Winning Bid - $750 Starting Bid = $850 Additional Bidding, X 25% = $212.50, earning the Maximum Discount of $100).
