I am selling one of the best guitar preamps there is. Great and flexible sound. Always in a smoke-free environment. I am having a baby and don't use it that much, so I thought it's time to have someone else enjoy it!Mesa Boogie Rectifier Recording Pre-Amp Tube Preamp for GuitarOver the years we have watched a digital parade of “me-too modeling toys” try to seduce you. But we chose an alternative approach to modeling …it’s called REALITY. Got all that? Now let’s try to recreate this process —sound and feel— leaving out everything except the preamp. Ouch! You can see why we almost gave up. We’re not exactly sure how it works or even how we did it …only that we were determined to stuff a Recto® Stack in a two-space rack. And we didn’t stop ‘til it was over the top.

Rec Pre even includes our unique Solo control and footswitch for live.STEREO RECORD AND LIVE OUTPUTSThe Rectifier Recording Preamp provides pure analog “Recto® Direct™” recording circuitry that can be used for recording (or live and uses no digital modeling) as well as dedicated standard “live” outputs for routing to a power amp via six 12AX7 tubes. Two fully independent Channels with six Modes (Ch.1 = Clean, Fat or Brit; Ch. 2 = Raw, Vintage High Gain or Modern High Gain), featuring independent Gain, Treble, Mid, Bass, Presence & Master Controls. Channel 1 also features a Bright and Pad Switch, while Channel 2 provides a Live Bright/Warm Record Voice Switch.
