I buy "DAMAGED IN SHIPPING" guitars and repair them back to factory original condition. I have been a luthier, designer, and builder since the late 70's. This guitar had VERY minor repairs to be done. In fact, I was surprised that the dealer didn't just fix it themselves. (You would have been none-the-wiser) Repairs had to do with the G FORCE. I would not offer this guitar for sale if I did not believe it to be in 100% pristine condition. This guitar has never been sold to an end user. As the photos show, the pickguard plastic is still on it. The warrantee card is still unfilled. There is a ding in the back of the case (about 2"wide) which must have been the cause of the original damage to the guitar. It has no effect on how well the case protects the guitar.G FORCE is an automatic tuning device. Here’s what happens when you push the On button and strum. Each machine head contains a small servo motor that can wind the string up or down. The controller senses string vibrations, then measures each string’s frequency. If a string is off-pitch, the controller sends a correction signal to the servo motor to wind or unwind the string as needed to compensate. For functions like alternate tunings, Gibson G FORCE stores the alternate tuning’s pitches, then sends correction signals based on those pitches instead of standard tuning. The unit contains a rechargeable battery and come with the wall wort. Also included are several outlet adapters to enable the user to plug it in World Wide!All the stats on this guitar can be read at Gibson USA. A spectacular guitar at a reduced price. You'll be saving about $200.00 from the on-line selling price from many retailers.
