RARE! Fender Custom Shop 1962 Stratocaster Vince Cunetto Relic 1997 Serial number R3189. Vince Cunetto is the father of relic'd Fender guitars. He only made Relic's between 1995-1999. The last few shipped out in May 1999. You can identify is instruments by the black pick-up/control cavity and inpressed CS logo. The body is Alder and the neck is a hard piece of birds eye maple. The fingerboard is slab Brazilian rosewood. The finish is Inca Silver which you almost never see. This guitar is in excellent condition. This guitar has a killer 60's Strat tone. The neck is a D-shape and the action is quite comfortable. The guitar comes in it's original Fender case, with Tremolo arm but no COA. Here are some specs on this beauty:
