Beautiful guitar. Purchased five years ago. It now has 15 years of break-in which means it sounds very good as the top is finally broken in. Was told that it was used as a gigging instrument, haven't seen too many signs of that outside of normal wear and tear. Tuners are in wonderful condition. Neck is straight. Frets are beautiful. All of the binding and trim looks good. Other than the noted blemishes the finish is shiny and free of swirls or scratches. Sounds fantastic. Don't want to get rid of it, have to make room and I'm reducing my guitar inventory. This has a very good dual source preamp in it. Both Piezo and a regular pickup inside of it which you can blend to keep it from being too boomey or to tinny. The Taylor 710 was in 2002 an 810 without the extra mother of pearl inlay or fancy binding. Other than that it is a solid mahogany back and sides, a rosewood bridge and fingerboard, and a spruce top. The 710, and feature higher quality woods than the lower end models do..
