You are now feasting your eyes on a Gibson Les Paul Standard 2000 Millennium Series Red Sparkle Limited Edition. For a guitar that's old enough to have its own drivers license and flunk her high school senior chemistry class, she is still a beauty. This red sparkle finish is not only gorgeous, but very rare. The top is so clean you can eat a Filet Mignon right off it. The Gold-Plated PAF Pickups are creamier than Mashed Potatoes. The neck is as smooth as the butter you'd put on top of that aforementioned Filet Mignon or those creamy Mashed Potatoes. The original gold-plated hardware includes Grover Tuners, an ABR-1 bridge/tailpiece. Rosewood fretboard with custom mother-of-pearl inlays. Everything is original minus the added Dunlop Straplocks. The guitar is set up with 11-48 strings and has low action. No buzzing either. The brown OHSC w/ pink-lining/silk cover is included as well. No breaks or repairs ever.There was a time the guitar hung on a cheap stand for a little too long, resulting in a few finish flaws on that area on the side of the neck/headstock closest to the nut. There is some buckle-rash/worming/swirling/dents on the back from normal play. But the neck is smooth.
