Gorgeous 1961 Silvertone 1445 L, with all the mojo of the early 60's American-made electrics played by groups like Black Keys, and Alabama Shakes. Fantastic warm tone. Curly maple finish on a semi-hollow body instrument. This was this higher end Speed Demon made by Kay, with binding along the neck, and checkerboard around the body. Recently serviced by a guitar tech - it plays beautifully with working electronics, original parts, and no mods. Scratches typical for a guitar this age can be found, on the guitar's edge, neck, and headstock. Beautiful example of Kay's mastery during this period. Thanks!
