Historical Early 50's Slingerland Radio King Drum set in white marine pearl. Sizes 24×14 bass, 16x16 floor tom, 13×9 tom, 5 1/2 × 14 snare.
Original complete set rated Very Good ++ to Very Good/ Excellent. This drum set is very good looking . The chrome is in very good condition. The original white marine pearl has just aged to a beautiful light blond. For 60 years old ,she has some beauty marks that can only be seen upon a closer look . There are some small splits in the wrap, some light scuffs and light scratches in the finish, there are some lugs that have pitting, the snare and floor tom fit Remo heads tightly. ( however im told there are some other head manufactureres that fit slightly larger older drums. There is some small spots of discoloration on floor tom in rear near seam and slight discoloration at seams on bass drum. Bass drum seams appear to have had some re adhesion work done, but appears to have been done very well. All seams appear to be solid and adhered. All hardware seems to be original inside and out.

Whoever takes ownership of this set please be advised this set really needs to be stored at room temp always and in cases to slow down the aging process. Never left in direct sun .
