Greetings! I bought this 2008 USA Standard American Stratocaster Brand New and have only played it in my studio once to test it.. Listing includes guitar, original case, and case candy / accessories as shown (tremolo "whammy" bar, polishing cloth, allen wrenches for adjustments, keys to case, and owners manual & papers).Shrink wrap still on pick guard and everything. Action set low for optimal play-ability with no buzzing. The only imperfection (if you can call it that) is that the rosewood fret board appears to have some sort of factory blemish (a wavy pattern in rosewood grain) at the 10th fret (see pictures). Does not affect any play-ability whatsoever as this is purely cosmetic, but in the interest of full transparency, I felt it should be disclosed. This is a great instrument- I was looking for an upgrade from my Fender Squier Stratocaster and Washburn "shred" guitar, but simultaneously bought a Gibson SG and ended up loving that so much that the Stratocaster has just been benched indefinitely. I guess I am more of a Gibson guy than a Fender guy after all. Better that someone who can use it get the opportunity than it sitting at my place packed away. Anyway, the guitar has been stored in its original Fender SKB TSA case (see pictures) all this time, in a climate controlled guitar studio space in my home. Feel free to ask questions.
