This viola is a very nice French example made in the Bailly workshop in Paris.Condition is as found and excellent. The viola was cleaned all over and is equipped with its bridge, a new tailpiece, and new strings. Important: there is no sound post break, neither on the front, nor on the back on this violin. Original soundpost is in place. Of course there is some little dents, scratches, and wear traces here and there. The violin varnish is of a superb golden/orange amber color all over, typical of the Bailly workshop at this period.The head and the stripped back are beautiful! A VERY GOOD and AUTHENTIC FRENCH VIOLA!!It comes indeed with an AUTHENTIFICATION NOTICE from our workshop as there is no doubt on provenance from the BAILLY workshop.Description:Today this violin is in an as-found very good condition, very elegant too.Measurements:
