Check us out on Facebook. Type in search: RTO Guitar and Tremolo. Many, many pictures of modified SGs and more.2017 RTO Custom based off a 2014 SGJ 120th Anniversary body and neck. Everything else upgrade starting with, Bright orange with polyurethane clear coat. Specially modified vintagecream batwing pickguard for 24 fret body. Kluson locking tuners, Graphtech nut. Electronics as follows: Pair of matched GFS Pro Series Alnico V in bridge and neck with a GFS ceramic magnet overwound Pat in center. Also, note in the photos the perfect alignment of all three pickups with the strings. Very important to not over look this. Gibson Batwing 3 pickups cannot do this. A third "Tilt" adjustment was added to each pickup to enable accurate string to pickup distance for best pickup performance. Each also controlled by its own volume control, and single tone on output. Switchcraft output jack, Sprague Orange drop cap. (Frictionless Bourns.) 7-way switching is achieved with three on/off switches, one per pickup. RTO fabricated oversized strap buttons, polished alloy control knobs. The tremolo is the ticket here. Best in industry. If you haven't heard about it, could be my fault. Patented in 2010, the result of a relentless two years of prototype work. This hand fabricated beauty is set up with our "Chord Bending ratios." So, the strings raise and lower in pitch in Relative Tune. No modification install. Sits atop the four tuneomatic/stoptail posts with an adapter plate. Killer sustain, tune stability, adjustable tune neutral detent helps the tremolo pull back to tune. Best lever feel in industry. I seriously cannot play a competitors any more. They cannot match or come close. Best lever feel and feedback in the industry. Fully adjustable push-in, pull-out lever that itself is adjustable for length. No slop, at all. Perfect connection from hand to strings. A dream to play. They work extremely well on Gibson SGs, even with the 17 degree splayed out headstock. That being said, an occasional "Downpump" may be required after a very slow backstretch. Anyone who knows Gibsons, knows the headstock issue, but I've got my tremolo working fantastic with it without modifying the guitar body. Guitar weight is very reasonable 8 3/4 pounds, mainly due to extra pickup, paint,  the Kluson Lockers and I would assume the maple neck. Very nice neck.  I do not have specs of a SGJ, but they had literally nothing on them for paint. Very poor finish but high quality neck and body.  Tremolo is very light.  Any other questions, feel free to contact me. She is fabulous to play and my favorite SG Custom.R.T. Olsen
