Fender’s American Deluxe Series impresses with near Custom Shop quality at a great price. Made in the USA with the best materials and top notch, modern features. The body is alder, a classic Fender tone wood. The C shaped, one piece maple neck features a 25.5 inch scale, 9.5 inch radius maple fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. SSS pickup configuration consists of 3 N3 Noiseless pickups. A very versatile combo and made even more versatile thanks to Fender’s innovative pushbutton S-1 switching system. Locking tuners, roller nut and Fender’s single locking, 2 point trem round out the hardware. Cool appointments include abalone fingerboard inlays, a raised metallic headstock logo and Andonized gold pickguard. This example is finished in classic Montego Black, a hip color with small, subtle gold metal flakes in the ebony base. For many, this is the ultimate Strat!I love Fender’s American Deluxe Series. Classic Fender good looks but with modern features and play-ability. This Strat has great feel and a nice fast neck. The pickups sound excellent and all electronics work great. This is a Mint example in Fine condition. Well taken care of, No evident Play-wear. Comes in original and seldom included Fender Deluxe Tweed G&G case with some case candy.The American Deluxe Series is the answer to many players’ dreams.
