Meyer New York USA Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece – 1334 Meyer New York USA Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece – 4M Medium Chamber Easily the most sought after alto saxophone mouthpieces are the Meyer Bros and Meyer New York USA Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece. These mouthpieces were played by some of the biggest names on the biggest stages in jazz. They are beginning to become harder and harder to find in original condition. This is an original facing Meyer New York USA Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece, with a Selmer Paris ligature and metal end cap. Tip measures out to a .065 and is 100% original and untouched, though there is a slight blemish on the left tip rail towards the tip (see pictures). The blemish does not run completely across the rail, and reeds are still able to seal properly. The New York lettering is hard to see in the photographs, and is lightly visible in person, but it does in fact say New York USA. Bite Plate looks clean and the inside baffle looks great as well.
