I'm describing this as "New other" because it has never been used. In fact, the warranty card is still un-filled. I just couldn't call it "used". The date of manufacture is 2015 but according to the Gibson site, they weren't offered 'till 2016 & 2017. So I'm told it is a 2016. I recommend going to the Gibson site for a detailed list of features, too many to list here. This was made in the Memphis plant and was a limited run (2016 & 17 according to Gibson). This model is the closest re-issue of the 1959 ES 335 than anything Gibson has made. Down to the design, specific woods used, how the pickups are wired, the finish is nitrocellulos, and the metal parts are slightly distressed (not shiny) to exactly duplicate a real '59 335. It originally retailed for $6,500.00! There is a very detailed description on Youtube from Sweetwater Sound by a Gibson rep. but eBay doesn't allow links like that. (At least I don't know how) Very informative and worth your while to find it.Serial number is A07359. INCLUDED: Gibson hardshell case, case key, certificate of authenticity, warranty card, and inspection card.
