Thanks to an extremely knowledgeable and helpful fellow member I've learned that the serial numbers and date codes on this amp indicate that while it may have been started in 1964 it is technically a 1965 model. As such:This is an ORIGINAL, one owner 1965 Fender Tremolux head and matching factory 2 x10 tilt-back cabinet with locking studs allowing the head to be secured to the cab. Valves are original RCA/GE and even the speaker cable is the original Fender spaghetti logo cable. 
This is a rare find and perfect for a collector or anyone who wants that classic Fender tone. Even at 40W this amp is LOUD!!
