NEW items are guaranteed to have FULL MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY and have never been opened or used. If the item has been opened my listing will clearly state the product as "Open Box". NEW products are NOT Re-packs, nor B-stock, nor Refurbished. They are guaranteed A-Stock products, just as they came out of the factory. When I sell a USED item: It was previously utilized by one of my customers and I have taken it as an exchange or partial payment for whatever they are buying next. I vouch that these items are in my possession, and I have inspected the product to be FULLY FUNCTIONAL, and in "very good" to "excellent" condition. Where do I buy the product from?:I have a relationship with over a 12 high-end equipment dealers, and in many cases I buy direct from the manufacturer's themselves. My channels are all legit, and guarantee (when new), that you will be covered by the item's original warranties and factory support. After purchase has been completed, I will be happy to assist you (if needed), acquire dealer information for product registration. No serial numbers or origin information will be released until the auction has been completed and payment received.Let's play by the rules: - Payment must be received no later than 5 business days after the auction has been completed.- Be kind and only bid if you have the financial resources.- Item will ship within 24 hours of funds being cleared except “force majeur”.- For large purchases with Paypal, they may require your authorization to release funds, after the item has been received and inspected. In this case, your kind attention and assistance will be greatly appreciated.- If product arrived with DAMAGED exterior packaging, take a picture and reject the package.
