Rick Reeve bow for sale. I am not an expert in bows so feel free to ask any questions. When I purchased the bow I was told it was from the estate of a Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra bass player. The bow is stamped in multiple places with the Rick Reeve signature. Rick seems to have a very good reputation for bow making. There is a discussion of him on the talkbass.com board. His bows seem to sell for/appraise in the $1, 200 - $1,500 range. The bow shows some wear, making me think that it was a go-to and favorite of the musician. I do not see any cracks or breaks in the wood. There is wear to the gold of the screw
