For sale is my Presonus 24/4/2 StudioLive Firewire/Thunderbolt recording console. This unit has only ever been in the studio, never used live and the wheeled road case is almost as new. The road case alone cost $500. It is in great condition with minor use marks. All the pots and faders have been tested and are in fine working order. I have recorded some fine songs with this unit connected to a Windows Laptop. It is also a fantastic tool for live bands to do thier front of house and at the same time record 24 channel audio for later studio mixing. It has so many features that I can't list them all here so Google the link below to see the specs. I also have a really high end i7 Dell Laptop that is 5 years or so old that is fully loaded with recording software (Studio One V2) and some plugins that you could buy with this unit. The laptop has had only minimal use as it was a backup machine and never left the studio. It has a good graphics card and is fully loaded with 8 gigs of RAM it runs the recording side of things like a Ferrari. I have also mixed with multiple plug ins running without any 'stuttering' Basically you would have a complete fully operating high end recording studio out of the box with this set up!It would be a simple plug and use setup and I would be willing to do a webcam link to talk you through the setup (only if you buy the laptop as well, I am not really a tech and other computers are out of my knowledge range) Send me a message about the added cost if you are interested and I will list it if people want it as part of the package.Local pickup in Canberra if you are able, otherwise a courier service can deliver it. https://www.presonus.com/products/StudioLive-24.4.2 http://www.presonus.com/products/StudioLive-24.4.2/techspecsI am selling this unit as I have upgraded my studio and it is no longer my plan to do any live recordings.
