1996 Gibson Les Paul Standard with original hardshell case. I had hoped this day would never come, but it is time to let this Les Paul go. It plays so good and sounds amazing! Made during what some refer to as "the second golden age" of Gibson guitars. No alternative woods and NO chambered body. This thing is SOLID! No breaks or repairs. The neck feels way more comfortable than most of the other Gibson guitars I've owned and this is the easiest to play of all the guitars I currently own. I believe it has the the 60's profile. All-original with the possible exception of the Original Dunlop Straplocks and it is in great condition for its age. There are some unusual blemishes in the finish that I have pictured. I've never seen marks quite like them, but they are on the sides and back of the guitar. The ones on the back were impossible for me to photograph, but there are 2 pics of the sides that show them pretty clearly. The only other issue is that the bridge volume knob occasionally cuts the sound when turning it all the way up. Almost like it goes slightly too far. It's never bothered me or caused a problem in any situation, but it's worth mentioning. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer quickly and accurately. Open to reasonable offers. Priced considerably lower on Reverb. Ships Fast!!!
