1994 Fender Hot Rod Deluxe Amplifier. I bought two of these at the time. I believe it may have been the first year they were manufactured. I gigged with one of them and this one stayed at home for practice. It was completely retubed a few years back and there are very few hours on them. I used it for jazz and I'll bet there is a 5751 (the magical SRV tube) in the first position to provide a bit more clean headroom. A couple of years ago I read that this is the most popular tube amp in the entire world. It has a sweetness, the classic Fender tone, but take overdrive pedals really well and for those reasons is also probably the number one backline amplifier out there as well. Original amp cover included.Local pickup only. I'm not interested in shipping this bad boy. I'm in the central lakes region of New Hampshire but am down in Concord a couple of days a week and I'd be glad to meet you there to facilitate the delivery.
