STARBIRD 180 Boom Microphone Stand: The king of studio boom mic stands. This George Starbird model 180 mic stand and boom has incredible balance and reach. It has a tripod base on wheels and is built like a battleship. I have owned these since the early '70's and they have never failed. Great working condition. Some wear and grease pencil marks. Quick release is included. If you're building a studio you need a few of these for choral, strings big band, drum overheads. The stand/boom is the only thing included in this auction.
