Often at the shop, when we find an instrument that sounds especially great, we say it's got that "goood" tone. That's "good," but with a really long vowel sound. Well, this baby has that "goood" tone in spades. This is one of Eastman's top-of-the-line mandolins, and it's worth every penny. It's got bright but well-rounded tone with the compressed bass typical of A-styles, but it also projects well. Eastman's honeyburst finish is really shines on this mando, I wouldn't be the least bit afraid taking this baby out on the town. It's also gig-ready with a Schertler pickup installed!
