We will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.---Why Do We Do It?: We love being able to provide a quality instrument that is unique and American made and plays like some $1,000 guitars--at the kind of price you'd expect to pay for a big-name manufacturer's lower priced import guitar. We know the difference between a crap guitar and a really good playing guitar. And anyone who knows even half of the little that we know, knows that the big name manufacturers can make an aesthetically awesome guitar. The paint rooms. The equipment. The finishing. But there are “corners cut” by the big-name manufacturers, not in the look and finish but in the personal touch. The bodies are beautiful. Sunbursts perfect. But it's the human element-- the setup, the fine tuning, that the big guys can’t afford to spend a lot of time on. We put it all together to give you an instrument that's not only completely unique and looks really cool, but is expertly set up with services that alone would cost you hundreds at your local music store.   ---WANT THE BEST? LET US KNOW what your inner guitar child wants, or the inner guitar child of your significant other child, and what would make your guitar mate giggle with glee…---NOTES:                                                                                                                                                             1.              Action: Our philosophy on guitar action: Many different players like many different types of action on a guitar. From ultra-low action for the light-handed, deft touch, to higher action and heavier gauge strings for the blues player who is really pulling those strings, different tastes abound. We're pretty much down the middle of the road. We use light gauge D’Addario XL strings (no Chinese cheapies on it when you get it), which are nice, and really consistent. We set action for light-to-medium touch.2.              Sound / Pickups: We much prefer the sound to be “authentic”, hence, traditional single coil pickups are the way we go for us. However, we will gladly make you a guitar with any pickups on earth that you may choose. For our “stock” models, we source pickups that are MIM-grade or above.3.              Aesthetics: We’re a very small company. We don’t have the kinds of resources the big guys have in the way of finishing and other processes that make for an absolutely perfect guitar aesthetically.  Most Les Brers Guitars are rustic, and by nature are imperfect, and others are well finished, but with slight imperfections and minor test run wear as well. Hey, we test ‘em before we sell ‘em, right? You wouldn’t want it any other way, would you? Look at the pictures very closely—we don’t try to hide anything at all. Then again, with all we put into making a playable instrument that stays in tune, what are we going to do, sit and look at the thing all day? Nope. It was made to be played.          Les Brers Guitars, LLC   *some models of these manufacturers, particularly bridges and pickups, can drive the cost higher. Certain pickups are priced highe r than the guitar! All items to include specific customer-required brands/models must be individually quoted.**Les Brers Guitars is proud to be an authorized Feiten Tuning system dealer/installer and we offer the Feiten tuning system on any guitar we make with individual bridge saddles and the right neck radius. Ask us about the Feiten system. TRULY, no guitar is fully in tune without it.
