This is a completely hand wired, point to point 18w marshall clone. It has a tremelo channel and a normal channel, both of which have high and low gain inputs. Footpedal is included to switch the tremelo on and off as well as vary the speed. I just completed this awesome 18w MojoTone 18w 1974x Marshall clone kit. High quality components have been used throughout. CTS pots, mojotone dijon caps, cloth covered vintage style wire, carbon comp resistors, and a beautiful aluminum chassis. The amp is housed in a gorgeous white Marshall tolex with gold piping. This is an all tube amplifier, including a tube rectifier. Transformers are vintage style paper wrapped. Both run very cool even when pushed. Sound is amazing!
YouTube is loaded with videos of marshall clones, and their tone speaks for itself. Marshall charges well over 2000.00 for the same amplifier hand wired. Why buy a name when you can have the tone?
****can be supplied with 100% NOS glass. Raytheon or RCA power tubes with RCA pre Amp tubes. Raytheon powertubes is a 40 dollar up charge, with 3 RCA pre Amp tubes a 120 dollar up charge. 3 JJ Electronic 12AX7 Preamp Tubes "The tones are faithful to original ’60s sound. You get strong power amp distortion at relatively low levels, creating the impression of a larger, louder amp. The highs sizzle with excitement, but never get nasty...The clean tones are wonderful too. They’re far from Fender-like, but they have an airy shimmer you don’t always associate with big British amps. The single-band tone control is a delight, with usable sounds throughout its range. This amp sounds good no matter how you set the controls."
