As you turn the amp upthe cleans turn smoothly into that classic Blackface grind. With lots of neutral cleanheadroom, the amp makes a great platform for pedals as well. This amp is a greatplayer, and you will be hard-pressed to find a modern amp of similar qualitywithout spending thousands more. To top it off this Showman ships with a wellmatchedset of vintage RCA Blackplate 6L6GC power tubes--probably worth acouple hundred on their own. This vintage amplifier has been serviced and tested. Itis fully functional and sounds fantastic.
