Here is THE Hip Pig everyone should get!!! Silver to Blue Duco, virgin bass drum, and incredible sizes!! Get a gorgeous classic sound, now with a classic look. Pictures can never do this justice. Not only is it one of the best finishes we have ever seen from master drumsmith Bill Detamore, but it's one of the best Duco's we have ever seen! This Hip Pig 3-Piece Rock Shell Pack is a bold, bright-toned set of drums from Pork Pie. The 8-ply nyatoh shells pump out a warm, round tone with medium attack. These drums are equipped with vintage beaver tail lugs, heavy-duty 2.3mm hoops and vintage gull wing bass drum spurs.These shells are fitted with Remo heads and ready to play out of the box.
Nyatoh is an Asian hardwood with much the same qualities as maple. These shells are all 8 ply.

16 x 16" floor tomOne last thing for you all. There is no enhancements on this recording. There is gate on the floor tom only because it rang so much it was running into everything else. IMHO, not a bad problem to have. I was in the control room while it was being recorded and it sounded just like it does in the clip. You can check out my other videos on my YouTube page and you will see that my bass drums all sound like that. No muffling, no hole, just a killer sound. Note: Stock Photo.
