New but cannot be sold as such due to some minor cosmetic imperfections. There are some marks on the back of the neck, back of the neck near the headstock and on the headstock, at the end of the headstock and on the back of the body (all pictured). They are minor and mostly not noticeable in normal lighting.Comes with the Gibson padded gig bag as well as the factory documentation including checklist and photo.The outer cardboard packaging is damaged.
