One owner Martin in truly mint condition, including Martin case. I’m selling this for my father, who has some health issues preventing him from playing. He bought the guitar new in 2002. Please see the attached pictures showing original sales tag, original owner’s card and paperwork from Martin that came with the guitar. I’ve also attached a couple pictures showing very small dings in the varnish, although they are quite superficial. This guitar simply wasn’t used much. In a brief online search it looks like the best price for a new HD-28 is around $3,000, so this is a chance to get a very solid deal.
