The neck is a modern "C" profile compared to the earlier, deep neck profile, from the mid-90s. "Jeff's new preference", according to Fender.Featuring Fender Special Design ceramic Noiseless pickups.Roller nut and special design locking tuners.Contoured heel for easier access to the upper neck, andstraight ahead 5-way switching between pickups.Color: Surf Green.Hardware: Gold on the 60th Anniversary Issue only.SN: SZ6002444, mfg. 2006.Original Fender hard case included, (case handle repaired).Hand picked from among dozens of like Strats for my personal collection based primarily on the playability of the neck profile, fit and finish.This is NOT your average New-Old-Stock guitar that may have hung on a dealer's wall and demoed for years.
