The 13" and 12" toms are slightly different mount types. I believe the 13" was made slightly before the 12", when Yamaha switched to their YESS mounts, photos are included for reference. This doesn't affect anything about the performance or sound, and correct original hardware is supplied to mount to kick from Yamaha. SKB cases have my last name on them in yellow marker, but are otherwise in perfect condition. The drums will ship in the SKB cases. ***FREE SHIPPING available to 48 contiguous US states, Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible.
