This is a Carvin DC727 I custom ordered in 2010. Also included (not pictured) is a Carvin hardshell case that came with the guitar. Here are the specs:Custom Carvin DC72725.5" scaleDimarzio D Activator 7 pickups
Ebony fretboard (no inlays)
white side dots
Blue flame maple top with blackburst edges
Mahogany neck thru
Mahogany body wings
locking tuners
Graphtech string saver bridge
coil split switches
3 way toggle pickup switch
volume and tone knobs
medium-jumbo stainless steel frets
Dunlop dual design strap lock strap buttonsI have played it a lot over the years but the frets are still in good condition and won't need work for a long time. I replaced the stock pickups with Dimarzio D activator 7s. There are a few minor chips in the paint on the body and headstock which you can see in the photos. This has been my most consistent guitar over the years. Barely ever needs a setup, very resistant to changes in weather, never had any electronics failures. The brand new cost was about $1200 plus the cost of a few professional setups over the years and the new pickups. Has been maintained well and cleaned regularly over time and is in excellent condition. This was my first seven string, so I'm a bit sad to let it go, but I've gotten many more guitars since this one and I simply don't play it anymore.
