| Tom Holmes PAF SetThe Holy Grail!For sale is a very rare and early set of Tom Holmes pickups. H450 neck model reads 7.3k and the H455 bridge model reads 8.2k. These are two conductor and have the sought after aged nickel covers. They absolutely are the best PAF clone made. Tom has no website and takes up to 18 months to wind your own set. You can have them from me by tomorrow. I had them in a Gibson SG and they were amazing. Never before have I loved the Neck Pickup so much. The Bridge just nails the Billy Gibbons & Led Zeppelin Tone from the original PAF's. Tom spares no cost on finding the actual aged magnets from the 1950's, the original wires and the finest parts. There is a reason these are used by the best professionals. I have another set in a Les Paul is the only reason I am selling these. I will be returning the SG to stock for a sale soon. Original length left on both leads, and the covers have never been off. Simply the pinnacle of humbucker pickups (besides original PAF's). |
