For Collector or Player: A real rock n roll beast & a true road warrior. you can see it was well played . . . this was someone's favorite guitar, as evidenced by the care showm. The DeArmond humbuckers sound fantastic & deliver rich, dynamic tones. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds great! Cosmetic Condition: 50 years of use so displays normal wear & tear - various player's tells a little buckle rash, minor weather checking & show finish wear. Look at the pics - It is still an awesome looking guitar Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Beautiful Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them (see pic below). Mother of pearl headstock inlays. Tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition. Body: Semi-hollow mahogany body with dual F-holes. 3-ply binding on the top & back. Black plexi 'stairstep' pickguard shows little pick wear, but no cracks. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 14 oz. Pickups: Original DeArmond humbuckers with black bezels. Bridge - 6.63K ohms; Neck - 6.65K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with original Guild knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition. Frets have lot's of life left
