This is Taylor's interpretation of a Stratocaster, albeit with a short-scale and single cutaway. The frets were Plek'ed at Taylor early last year and are in excellent shape.The overall condition of the guitar is excellent. There are no scratches to be found and there's not a ding on the neck, or fingerboard. There is a very small chip in the finish between the tremolo posts that I've tried to photograph, but not a scratch that I can find beyond that. There's some minor corrosion on the pickups and the neck bolt, but nothing serious. The pickguard is non-original, but I'm including the original with the sale. I prefer the current look and the original pickguard began to delaminate a bit. The case has seen better days, but it plush on the inside and all the latches work fine. Please see the photos for more details. This is a beautiful instrument that's no longer being made. In summary, a good player especially for someone looking for a short-scale Strat-style guitar.I'd hold on to this one, but our second child has just arrived and the pressure is on to clear out the rest of my collection.
