Beautiful parlor grand piano, manufactured by the world famous Mason & Hamlin crafted piano makers, Boston Massachusetts. Fully restored and rebuilt to specific Mason & Hamlin standards of fine quality piano hand crafters. This is a T model , serial number 38057, manufactured in 1929. Refinished with the beautiful ebony satin original finish. This piano has always been kept in a climate controlled environment throughout it history. There have been (2) appraisals recently completed that confirm its current market value. One from the Blue Book of Pianos for Piano appraisals and replacement costs in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA assessing the value after submitting pictures and details about the recondition, replacement components, and refinish, for $14,780. The other appraisal is from Concert Pitch Piano Services in Toronto Ontario, Canada for $15,000-$16,000.00.
