Beautiful 2010 Fender Custom Shop '51 Nocaster Relic. Lightweight ash body with nitrocellulose finish ( guitar weighs about 7.5 lbs). Chunky U shaped (9.5 radius) maple neck and fretboard. Fretboard has been factory distressed as well. Keep in mind this guitar was wired to original 1951 specs. The neck pick-up is dark a jazz tone with no tonal adjustment. The bridge pick-up is amazingly responsive and is what everyone talks about when they purchase this model. the middle position is a nice blend of the two. Guitar is very resonant even when unplugged. No issues and Recently professionally setup. Very low action. Its just a tone monster! and easily the best sounding tele I've ever played. I must re-emphasize THE NECK IS CHUNKY but feels great! Ships with COA and Tweed Thermometer case
