For sale is an Orville Les Paul Standard in good condition. I believe this is a 1994 or 95 model. The serial number is pictured in case anyone knows how to check in more detail. I purchased this guitar in 2003, gigged extensively with it until 2008, at which point I started venturing to other guitars. It has seen very little use for the past 7 years or so.Issues
- Belt buckle scratches on the back of the body
- Minor dings here and there
- Drilled holes near where the strap button is (pictured). The strap button has been replaced with screw eyes. The drilled holes are the result of me searching for the optimal position for the screw eye. The screw eyes make the strap system 100% secure, but can be an eyesore to some.
- Finish is worn out near where the metal strap system rubbed up on the body of the wood
- Some pots are scratchy and frets show signs of wearGood/fun stuff
- The guitar is completely functional and has never suffered catastrophic damage
- Professionally set up November 2015 and fitted with Elixir 9s
- Bridge humbucker is a Seymour Duncan JB and the neck is a DiMarzio PAF Pro
- Weight is somewhere around ~7.7-8lbs
- Maple top looks great for its ageDespite the cometic issues, the guitar is completely playable. I took it out for a gig as recently as January 2016 and had no issues. Most of the time it is just safely stored away. Ships with a gig bag.
