Grunge Era Fender '66 Reissue MIJ S-Serial (1994-95) Jazzmaster in Very Rare Bronze Mist w/ Matching Headstock. FujiGen BuiltAwesome FujiGen built Fender Jazzmaster in factory finished Bronze Mist with matching headstock. This is a super rare factory finish for Fender Japan, I’ve never had another one before, and I get in a LOT of Jazzmasters! This is a factory finished colour that was never production run so would have been a special order, somebody had very good taste back in 1994! The clearcoat has yellowed over the years and it given her more of an orange tint, kinda cool. Anyway, outside of the rarity value this one is an absolute beast. She is a 1966 Reissue with top quality lightweight alder body, rosewood fretboard, maple neck with nice vintage 7.25" radius and 3-ply flat white pickguard. She is all still factory spec with no mods or repairs. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine. The fret wire is showing a bit of wear as you’d expect for a quarter of a century. But there is still quite a bit of life in it and this is a guitar that’ll be well worth refret investment down the line. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. As mentioned above she is 25 years old years old now and has been played, so if you’re looking or a sterile shop floor guitar she aint for you. There is plenty of natural relicing on some bumps and scratches and a couple of spots where the clear coat has come off the headstock (very interesting as you can see the true bronze mist colour underneath the yellowed clearcoat). She is of course complete with trem arm & gig bag. All in all a super cool '66 RI Fender Jazzmaster in a pretty unique colour. Try finding another one ;) All my guitars are shipped inside their HSC/gig bags in padded purpose designed tough durable boxes. My packaging is indestructible.
