Rob Seidel Art Case Upright Piano in Burr Walnut C.1890 A Rob Seidel art cased upright piano made in Berlin circa 1890, serial number 3187. Polished burr walnut case in excellent condition, heavily carved front panel decoration, turned and fluted legs, straight strung wooden frame with overdamped mechanism, original 85 note keyboard in good condition, working order, folding music desk, soft and sustain pedals, a fine antique centrepiece. Established in Berlin in 1872, Seidel made both upright and grand pianos often with ornate, elaborate cases. Dimensions W 146cm x H 128cm x D 65cm
