Only the best instruments go to the NAMM show for display to over 100,000 people - this is one of them! Ish Guitars bought Spector's 5 best NAMM display basses because we only sell the best of the best.This NS-2 has several custom options. My personal favorite are the DiMarzio pickups (which was the standard pickup for many of Spector's early basses). The water cured Redwood top has a beautiful subtle sparkle in the wood as result of mineral deposits from the water curing process. The back wood of this bass is black walnut, and secretly sandwiched in between the halves are Spector's new-for-2017 Acoustic Chambers which give the instrument less weight and more resonance.Spector hard case included.
