I assume it is a Bb with a low Eb. A google search says it is probably from the 1950s.PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILED LOOK AT DESCRIPTIONS BELOW!!It is in GOOD CONDITION with NO CRACKS.The MOUTHPIECE says "BIUDY" or "BUUDY" and "#3"The MOUTHPIECE COVER is also INCLUDED.MOST KEYS FUNCTION. There is one key being held down by wire. I'm not sure why, but I don't want to move it.IT WILL NEED A GOOD CLEANING AND OVERHAUL. THE PADS SHOULD BE REPLACED GIVEN THE AGE.THIS INSTRUMENT IS A VERY GOOD FOUNDATION TO START WITH!!! A GOOD TECHNICIAN SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE IT A GREAT BASS CLARINET AGAIN!!!The case is included, but is not in the greatest shape.It is being sold AS IS.If you play, you know that bass clarinets are very expensive new. This is a great opportunity to have a wonderful instrument owned by one man for a long time. I'm not sure if he is the original owner, however. But it was his for as long as I can remember.
