Hello everyone, in this listing your looking at a Simmons sds7 with 4 white pads, and the kit selector. I recently purchased this kit because I have never owned any vintage electronic drums before, and I figured it would be a fun thing to play around with, however I believe this piece needs some work. I plugged in the drum brain and it powers up but it seems to be stuck on 88 and 8. I have no idea how to program these, but I did plug in a pad into the snare chip and I got a really cool snare sound to come out but only once. I tried multiple times after that and nothing worked. The other inputs had the same problem. I am not sure how to fix these, and hopefully it's just a matter of cleaning the connectors, etc. The pads are in good shape, with 1 having a structural crack. This can be easily fixed with model cement. Also, on the bright tom sound card, the second adjustment knob is loose and seems to be jammed. This is something that would have to be fixed. These are pretty rare from what I know, so grab it quick! Ask me any questions thank you!
