We require up to 3 business days handling time. Orders received after 10:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day. Some instruments require quality check by a technician and are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This can add up to 3 business days of handling time to your order. For example, if you purchase an item at 12:00 PM PST on Monday September 19th, it will be processed on September 20th and shipped out by September 23rd. Instruments which may require quality check are guitars, ukuleles, banjos, mandolin, dulcimers, drums, percussion instruments, woodwind instruments, brass instruments, sitars, bajo sexto, bajo quinto, tres, cuatro, guitarron, vihuela, other stringed instruments, other horns, other drums, and all other percussion instruments. Delays in handling time can result due to conflicting shipping addresses. Please be sure to make your shipping address match in both eBay and your Paypal account. Weekend days and holidays are not considered business days!

Shipping will be via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Mail. Tracking information will be provided so you can know when to expect your shipment. We will utilize the shipping service which is the most economical choice based on your shipping location. Some shipping services will require your presence at the time of deliver and/or a signature. We will only ship to the verified address on your eBay and Paypal account. This address must match your shipping address in eBay otherwise an increase in handling time can occur or your order may be cancelled. For International Shipping, we will use USPS Priority International Mail. Please allow time for your delivery. Some items get held up in Customs offices and sometimes tracking numbers can change when the item is released from Custom offices. This can delay delivery, but in the end, the item will be shipped. It will be insured so if no delivery is possible to you, the item will be returned to us by the USPS Mail. If this occurs, we will process a full refund of your purchase price. If your shipping address does not allow USPS International Priority Shipping, we unfortunately will not be able to ship to you. We will let you know quickly and process a refund to your Paypal account expediently. For Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any United States province serviced by the USPS Mail, USPS Parcel or Standard Mail will be used. If the item is less than 3 pounds, we will use USPS Priority Mail. We will not arrange an item pick up or local delivery. All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Mail. Bodega Music offers returns on most items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Receipt Date of shipment shall be the date the package is delivered by the carrier. This date will be recorded on a package tracking report from the carrier. Returns are facilitated through the eBay marketplace returns process. Please visit your item in the “My Ebay” page under items won to begin the returns process. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser of the product. Bodega Music will not for any reason pay for return shipping fees. Our products are fragile! It will be the responsibility of the purchaser of the product to insure your return shipment against damages occurred from shipping. Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging with all filler and protection as it was shipped to you. Improperly packaged returns will be denied and sent back to you. Return items may not show any signs of use or blatant damage caused by any misuse of the product. Any item which has been already opened may be covered by the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If this is the case, please refer to your product packaging for warranty claim instructions. Items arriving with broken strings, dead strings, or missing strings are not to be considered defective. String issues are not a valid complaint for return because strings are consumable and should be changed on a regular basis. Most professional musicians change their strings on a daily basis. It is the responsibility of the end user to purchase and perform string changes. 20% Restocking Fee Will Be Charged On All Returns.

Instruments built with electronics, mechanics, fasteners, adhesives, liquids, metals, plastics, natural skins, plants, and/or woods can show inconsistency in finish and/or performance. Instruments are shipped as they are received from the manufacturer or directly from the manufacturer. Instruments may require professional set up, adjustment, or repair upon delivery. It is not the responsibility of Bodega Music to perform or pay for such needs. This will be the responsibility of the end user or purchaser of the product. Many of the items we sell do include the Manufacturer’s warranty. Bodega Music will not facilitate the repair or return of the item to the manufacturer. This too will be the responsibility of the end user or purchaser of the product. It is also the responsibility of the end user or purchaser of the product to contact the manufacturer per the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
